Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership:
  • Recruitment and Development: Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of presales team members. 
  • Performance Management: Monitor team performance, provide coaching and feedback, and ensure team members meet targets. 
  • Motivation and Engagement: Foster a positive and collaborative team environment to maintain high morale and engagement. 
  • Pre-Sales Strategy and Execution:
  • Develop and Implement Strategies: Create and implement pre-sales strategies that align with business objectives and drive sales success. 
  • Solution Design and Presentation: Work with sales teams to understand customer needs and develop compelling solutions and presentations. 
  • Technical Expertise: Provide technical expertise and guidance throughout the sales process, ensuring that solutions meet customer requirements. 
  • Client Engagement:
  • Build Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders. 
  • Address Client Needs: Proactively identify and address client needs and concerns. 
  • Manage Expectations: Set realistic expectations and ensure that solutions meet or exceed customer requirements. 
  • Process Improvement:
  • Identify and Implement Best Practices: Continuously identify and implement best practices to improve pre-sales processes and efficiency. 
  • Data Analysis: Analyze pre-sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement. 
  • Other Responsibilities:
  • Manage the team's workload and resources effectively . 
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, marketing, and product development . 
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies .

  • Technical Expertise: Strong technical knowledge of relevant products, solutions, and technologies. 
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team. 
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. 
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong ability to identify and solve complex problems. 
  • Sales Experience: Experience in a sales or pre-sales role is highly desirable. 
  • Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of the industry in which the company operates. 
  • Experience with CRM and other sales tools
