Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership:
- Recruitment and Development: Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of presales team members.

- Pre-Sales Strategy and Execution:

- Technical Expertise: Provide technical expertise and guidance throughout the sales process, ensuring that solutions meet customer requirements.
- Client Engagement:
- Build Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Address Client Needs: Proactively identify and address client needs and concerns.
- Manage Expectations: Set realistic expectations and ensure that solutions meet or exceed customer requirements.
- Process Improvement:
- Identify and Implement Best Practices: Continuously identify and implement best practices to improve pre-sales processes and efficiency.
- Data Analysis: Analyze pre-sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Other Responsibilities:
- Manage the team's workload and resources effectively .
- Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, marketing, and product development .
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies .

- Technical Expertise: Strong technical knowledge of relevant products, solutions, and technologies.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team.
