Boomaa Consultants - India is seeking a Junior Office Assistant to join our team in Chennai. This is a full-time position ideal for individuals eager to contribute to a growing HR consultancy. The successful candidate will assist in daily office functions and support our recruitment consultants in their tasks.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Strong customer service skills for effectively interacting with clients and stakeholders (Mandatory skill).
  • Proficient in communication tools such as Slack and Teams for seamless team collaboration (Mandatory skill).
  • Basic competency in Microsoft Word for everyday document processing tasks (Mandatory skill).
  • Knowledge of Google Workspace including Gmail, Google Drive, and Google Docs for collaborative work environments.
  • Experience with data entry to ensure accurate and efficient handling of company databases.
  • Familiarity with document management systems for organizing and retrieving documents efficiently.
  • Ability to use basic accounting software to assist with simple bookkeeping tasks.
  • Detail-oriented and organized with excellent time management capabilities.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Assist with the daily operations of the office, ensuring a smooth workflow.
  • Act as a first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing excellent customer service.
  • Conduct data entry tasks accurately and maintain updated databases and records.
