Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity for a Junior Accounts Executive to join our team in Sriperumbudur. We are looking for a candidate with a maximum of 3 years of work experience to join our fast-growing team. This is a full-time position where the successful candidate will play a crucial role in financial and accounting operations.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficiency in Excel, including Lookups and PIVOTS (Mandatory skill).
  • Experience in financial reporting with an ability to analyze and interpret financial data effectively.
  • Strong knowledge of accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate transactions.
  • Proven ability in bank reconciliation, identifying discrepancies, and resolving them efficiently.
  • Understanding of tax compliance processes and ability to ensure accuracy in reporting and submissions.
  • Competency in Microsoft Word for documentation and reporting purposes.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities, with skill in managing multiple tasks effectively.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day accounts operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Prepare financial reports and statements, providing insights and recommendations for improvements.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices, purchase orders, and payments.
  • Perform regular bank reconciliations, promptly identifying and rectifying discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions and documentation for auditing purposes.
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist in the preparation of tax documents and returns.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to enhance financial procedures and controls.
  • Assist in budget preparation and financial planning processes as needed.
