Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated Junior Account Executive to join our team in Chennai. This is a full-time position requiring a minimum of 1 year of work experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in Tally Prime, GST, and Accounts Executive practices. The role involves managing various aspects of client accounts and requires a dynamic individual eager to contribute to our organization's success.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proficiency in Tally Prime, essential for accurate financial data management and reporting (Mandatory skill).
- Strong knowledge of GST guidelines and filing procedures required for compliance (Mandatory skill).
- Hands-on experience as an Accounts Executive, with the ability to manage financial records efficiently (Mandatory skill).
- Familiarity with Salesforce, crucial for managing client relationships and maintaining updated client records.
- Experienced in using CRM software to streamline customer management and improve client interaction.
- Strong negotiation skills to effectively communicate and secure favorable agreements with clients.
- Proven ability in lead generation to identify potential clients and introduce them to our services.
- Effective cold calling skills to initiate contact and set up meetings with prospective clients.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records for clients using Tally Prime.
- Ensure timely and accurate GST filings and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports for management review.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Identify new business opportunities through lead generation and networking efforts.
- Initiate and conduct cold calls to prospective clients to generate new business deals.
- Collaborate with team members to improve strategies and enhance client acquisition processes.
- Prepare and deliver effective presentations to clients to explain the benefits of our services.
