Position – Dy. Manager- Talent Acquisition


Reports to – Head- People& Culture


Location - BML Campus, Sidhrawali (Near Dharuhera on Delhi Jaipur Express way)


We are looking for Talent Acquisition Specialist for Faculty and Non-Faculty hiring. It includes 70% recruitment & 30% HR generalist role.


The Role

Talent Acquisition

  • Keeps updated on latest trends and concepts in talent acquisition and retaining employee
  • Keep track of Recruitment Budget
  • Job posting, design & update job description, conduct walk-in & telephonic interviews.
  • Post Jobs to appropriate job sites, social media.
  • Coordinate with communication team for advertisement in newspaper and Social media
  • Hiring from different premier campuses (IITs, IIMs, NITs etc)
  • Single point of contact for applicant till he joins us
  • Reference check of selected candidate


For Teaching Hiring

  • Handling End to End Recruitment for Teaching Profile.
  • Shortlisting of candidate’s profiles based on set criteria and sharing profiles with Schools screening committee, scheduling interview,
  • coordinate with Internal panel member as well as external members for panel interview


For Non- Teaching Hiring

  • Handling recruitment from junior to Senior level from sourcing of candidates to release of the offer.
  • Candidates' assessment against appropriate criteria.
  • Screen & Filtering Resume & Candidates for Open positions
  • Execute pre-screening and telephonic interviews for junior and Senior level positions


Other Responsibilities

  • Takes Part in Employee Engagement Activities
  • Other HR related activities as and when assigned by superior.


Desired Candidate Profile

  • Graduate in MBA in HR (preferably) with minimum 8 years of experience in HR Talent Acquisition.
  • Candidate from education industry will be preferred.
  • Excellent Verbal and Written Communication skills
  • Understanding overall HR Process & best practices
  • Good Negotiation & Presentation Skills
  • Pro-active approach


Candidate ready to relocate to nearby campus will only be consider.
