The position is based in Bengaluru, Ballari, Salem, and Hyderabad, requiring 4 to 6 years of relevant work experience. The candidate will be instrumental in supervising daily food service operations, ensuring compliance with food safety standards, and delivering top-tier customer service.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience of 4 to 6 years in a supervisory role within the food and beverage industry, showcasing strong operational skills and customer satisfaction.
• Deep understanding of menu planning to create diverse offerings that cater to a wide range of dietary requirements and preferences.
• Expertise in inventory management, ensuring continuous availability of essential ingredients while minimizing waste through efficient stock control.
• Strong vendor management skills to negotiate and maintain productive relationships with suppliers for high-quality and timely supply of goods.
• Proficiency in team leadership, with the ability to motivate, mentor, and manage a diverse team to achieve performance excellence.
• Solid experience in food production planning, coordinating kitchen operations for efficient meal preparation and service delivery.
• Insightful in menu engineering to optimize dish offerings based on cost, popularity, and performance metrics to enhance profitability.
• Excellent customer service skills to engage professionally with clients, ensuring exceptional dining experiences and satisfaction.
• Food Safety Standards (Mandatory skill) are critically required to maintain compliance with health regulations and safeguard consumer health.
• Diploma in hotel management or a Bachelor in hotel management.

• Coordinate with vendors to negotiate contracts and terms for the supply of food products and kitchen equipment.

• Generate reports on service operations, inventory, and financials to aid in strategic decision-making.
