Job Overview

The Food and Beverage Captain position at Bluspring Enterprises Limited is a full-time role based in Bengaluru. This junior-level position requires 1 to 3 years of work experience in the food and beverage industry. The ideal candidate will manage operations and ensure exceptional customer service within the company's food service sector.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience in a food and beverage role with at least 1 to 3 years of relevant experience.
• Qualifications DHM or BHM.
• Exceptional communication skills to effectively interact with customers and staff.
• Experience in inventory management to efficiently manage stock levels and ordering processes.
• Sound knowledge of food safety regulations to ensure compliance and maintain high standards.
• Proficiency in order management to handle customer requests and ensure timely service delivery.
• Ability to implement food costing strategies to maintain budgetary control and profitability.
• Experience in menu planning to create diversified and appealing meal options for customers.
• Excellent customer service skills (Mandatory skill) to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any complaints efficiently.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead the food and beverage team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Monitor and manage stock levels, placing orders to replenish items as necessary.
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards to maintain cleanliness and hygiene within food service areas.
• Handle order management by ensuring orders are accurately taken and delivered in a timely manner.
• Assist in food costing and budgeting to ensure optimal financial performance of the food and beverage department.
• Contribute to menu planning by providing ideas and suggestions for new and diverse menu offerings.
• Adhere to all policies and procedures to ensure alignment with organizational standards.
• Interact with customers to gather feedback and effectively address any concerns to guarantee satisfaction.
