Job Overview
The Food and Beverage Captain position at Bluspring Enterprises Limited is a full-time role based in Bengaluru. Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in a food and beverage role with at least 1 to 3 years of relevant experience.
- Qualifications DHM or BHM.
- Exceptional communication skills to effectively interact with customers and staff.
- Experience in inventory management to efficiently manage stock levels and ordering processes.
- Sound knowledge of food safety regulations to ensure compliance and maintain high standards.
- Proficiency in order management to handle customer requests and ensure timely service delivery.
- Ability to implement food costing strategies to maintain budgetary control and profitability.
- Experience in menu planning to create diversified and appealing meal options for customers.
- Excellent customer service skills (Mandatory skill) to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any complaints efficiently.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead the food and beverage team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Monitor and manage stock levels, placing orders to replenish items as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards to maintain cleanliness and hygiene within food service areas.
- Handle order management by ensuring orders are accurately taken and delivered in a timely manner.
- Assist in food costing and budgeting to ensure optimal financial performance of the food and beverage department.
- Contribute to menu planning by providing ideas and suggestions for new and diverse menu offerings.
- Adhere to all policies and procedures to ensure alignment with organizational standards.
- Interact with customers to gather feedback and effectively address any concerns to guarantee satisfaction.
