Key Activities : Cohorts Governance on GenC Learning, Learning Progress & Schedule adherence
Job Description
• Map out training plans, align facilitators/SME’s and trainers, finalize mode of training in consultation with the business units.
• Developing and organizing training manuals, educational materials, and other resources needed to facilitate programs effectively.
• Conducting and supervising training sessions covering a range of topics, from hard skills to soft skills, ensuring diverse learning styles are accommodated.
• Managing the logistics of training events, including scheduling, venue booking, and participant registration.
• Maintaining records of training activities, participant progress, and program effectiveness through detailed reporting.
• Utilizing the latest educational techniques and tools to maximize attendance and interest.
• Working in collaboration with department leaders and management to continually refine training strategies and methodologies based on feedback and outcomes.
• Handling the training budget efficiently, ensuring cost-effectiveness in all training and development activities.
Other Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day HR operations to ensure smooth functioning of HR processes.
• Oversee employee records and ensure accurate data management using MS Excel.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a positive experience.
• Prepare HR reports and presentations using advanced MS Excel skills.
Skill
• A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field is generally required.
• Relevant work experience in training and development or HR Administration/Coordination
• Excellent organizational skills, communication skills, and the ability to engage with personnel at all organizational levels.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.
Min 3 to 5 Yrs experience
Immediate Joinee ( by Monday)
This is an in person - work from office & a contract role for one of of clients. The contract would be for 6 months extendable to a year
