·       Payroll management

·       Employee time attendance & leave management.

·       Contract labour management

·       Performance management system

·       Metrics and Budgeting – MIS

·       Employee retention

·       Employee engagement

·       Managing training & development process

·       Employee welfare management

·       Auditing compliance

·       Managing formulation and implementation of department procedures and policies

·       IR Management: employee compensation & benefits, employee grievances, issuing memo/warning/termination letters, factory related issues in labour, PF, ESIC offices etc.
