Blowair is seeking a dedicated HVAC Site Engineer to join our growing team. This full-time, junior-level position is perfect for candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience in the field. You will be based in Bangalore Urban, Hyderabad, Ernakulam, Mumbai, or Chennai, where your expertise will help us serve our clients effectively. Qualifications and Skills

• proficient in HVAC installation, ensuring systems are installed efficiently and adhere to industry standards.
• experience in ductwork installation and maintenance, with an eye for detail and quality craftsmanship.
• site supervision experience is essential for overseeing project progress and ensuring team compliance. (Mandatory skill)
• ability to read and interpret blueprints, helping translate plans into practical applications on-site.
• capable of using AutoCAD to plan, design, and draft HVAC systems with precision and accuracy.
• strong project coordination skills, ensuring that every aspect of a project is managed and completed on time.
• expertise in quality control to maintain high standards of workmanship and system performance.
• load calculation experience to ensure HVAC systems are balanced and optimized for efficiency and effectiveness.

Roles and Responsibilities

• oversee the installation and maintenance of HVAC systems on various sites, ensuring adherence to technical specifications and standards.
• coordinate with project managers and other engineers to ensure timely completion of projects.
