Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to join our team in a junior position. This full-time role requires 1 to 3 years of experience and is based in Bangalore Urban, Hyderabad, Ernakulam, Chennai, and Mumbai. The successful candidate will focus on driving business growth through lead generation and fostering client relationships within the HVAC sector.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Must demonstrate expertise in lead generation (Mandatory skill) to identify potential business opportunities effectively.
  • Possess strong sales prospecting abilities to generate, qualify, and follow up on leads.
  • Exhibit exceptional negotiation skills to successfully close deals and meet company objectives.
  • Experience in cold calling, able to communicate with potential clients to discuss needs and opportunities.
  • Competent in presentation skills to articulately present products and services to potential clients.
  • Proficient in pipeline management to maintain and organize client relationships throughout the sales process.
  • Familiar with partnership development strategies to foster mutual growth and success with partners.
  • Demonstrates a high level of customer relationship management skills to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase company revenue and market presence.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients through regular communications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance sales efforts and support marketing initiatives.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to develop strategic sales plans.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling pitches and presentations to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profit while ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Manage sales pipelines to track progress and report on sales activities to senior management.
  • Participate in networking events and industry-related conferences to broaden industry knowledge and expand contacts.
