US IT Recruiter Job Description

The US IT Recruiter will play a crucial role in the growth of our IT team. You will be responsible for attracting and hiring top IT professionals who will contribute to our company's success. This includes sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating the hiring process.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and source potential candidates through various online channels (e.g. social media, job boards, professional networks)
  • Screen resumes and job applications to identify qualified candidates
  • Conduct phone, video, and in-person interviews to assess candidates' technical skills and cultural fit
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop a recruitment strategy
  • Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for future job opportunities
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate feedback, and offer negotiations
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in IT recruitment

Qualifications

  • Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter or IT Recruiter
  • Hands-on experience with various sourcing techniques (e.g. Boolean searches, networking, social media)
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases
  • Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple hiring processes
  • Good knowledge of employment laws and regulations
