Trading Operations Specialist Job Description
As a Trading Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for executing and monitoring trade transactions across various financial markets. You will work closely with traders, brokers, and custodians to ensure smooth and accurate trade settlements. You will also be responsible for reconciling trades, resolving trade discrepancies, and maintaining accurate records of all transactions. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal teams to improve operational processes and systems for trade execution and settlement.
Responsibilities
- Execute trade orders across multiple markets and asset classes
- Monitor trade executions to ensure accuracy and timely settlement
- Reconcile trade data with brokers and custodians
- Resolve trade discrepancies and investigate trade breaks
- Maintain accurate records of trade transactions
- Collaborate with traders, brokers, and custodians to address trade-related issues
- Develop and maintain relationships with market participants

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or related field
- Previous experience in trading operations or similar role
- Strong understanding of financial instruments and markets
