Responsibilities
- Develop and create new textile designs and patterns
- Collaborate with the design team to brainstorm and conceptualize ideas
- Research current trends and consumer preferences in the textile industry
- Create sketches and digital renderings of designs
- Select appropriate colors, patterns, and materials for each design
- Prepare design presentations for clients
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Textile Design or related field
- Proven experience in textile design or a similar creative role
- Strong understanding of textiles, fabric construction, and printing techniques
- Excellent artistic and creative abilities
- Attention to detail and keen eye for color and design
Skills
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
- Knowledge of textile design techniques and trends
- Strong communication and presentation skills
