Tele-Caller Job Description
As a Tele-Caller, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and revenue for the company through effective communication with potential customers. You will be responsible for initiating outbound calls to prospects, understanding their needs, and persuading them to purchase our products or services. Additionally, you will be required to answer incoming calls, provide information, and resolve customer inquiries or complaints.
Responsibilities
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about our products or services
- Answer questions about products or the company
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
- Direct prospects to the sales team when needed
- Enter and update customer information in the database
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and provide appropriate solutions
- Keep records of calls and sale transactions
- Follow up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction
- Achieve sales targets and outcomes within the scheduled time frame
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Tele-Caller or similar sales/customer service role
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Customer focus and adaptability
- Ability to work well in a team
- High school diploma; degree in Business Administration or a relevant field is a plus
