Talent Acquisition Manager Job Description

In this role, you will lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, partnering closely with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with external recruitment agencies and job boards, as well as managing our employer branding efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop job descriptions and job specifications.
  • Source potential candidates through various channels, including online platforms, networking events, and referral programs.
  • Screen and interview candidates to assess their suitability for the role.
  • Coordinate and conduct interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
  • Manage the offer process, including negotiation and finalization of employment contracts.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and job boards.
  • Manage and continuously improve our employer branding efforts.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to recruitment and employment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and best practices.
  • Ability to effectively partner with hiring managers and understand their talent needs.
  • Experience utilizing online platforms and social media for sourcing and attracting candidates.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to screen and interview candidates effectively to assess their suitability for the role.
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Knowledge of current employment laws and regulations.
