As a Talent Acquisition Executive, you will be responsible for the overall recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding. You will develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract passive and active candidates. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline.
Responsibilities
- Source potential candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, and networking events
- Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and qualifications
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiations
- Build and maintain a strong network of potential candidates for current and future job openings
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Provide regular updates and reports to the HR team and hiring managers
Qualifications
