Supply Chain Manager Job Description
As a Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the entire supply chain process. You will work closely with suppliers, production teams, and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of products and minimize costs. Responsibilities

- Manage supplier relationships, including selection, negotiation, and performance evaluation.
- Monitor production schedules, capacity, and inventory levels to meet customer demand.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast demand, plan production, and allocate resources effectively.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and ethical standards in supply chain operations.
- Monitor and report key supply chain KPIs, such as on-time delivery, inventory levels, and cost performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Supply Chain Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain principles, practices, and systems.
