Supply Chain Associate Job Description
In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of the supply chain, from procurement to shipping. You will work closely with suppliers, logistics providers, and internal stakeholders to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations. Your attention to detail and ability to identify process improvement opportunities will be critical for success in this role.
Responsibilities
- Manage purchase orders, including order creation, tracking, and reconciliation
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery of materials and products
- Monitor inventory levels and replenish stock as needed
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast demand and plan inventory
- Analyze supply chain data and identify opportunities for process improvement
- Support supplier performance management, including conducting supplier audits and evaluations
- Maintain accurate documentation and records of supply chain activities
Qualifications
