Srenior HR Generalist Job Description

As a Senior HR Generalist, you will play a key role in supporting the HR needs of our organization. You will serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, providing guidance and assistance on HR-related matters. This position requires a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

Responsibilities

  • Manage employee relations by addressing employee inquiries and resolving employee conflicts
  • Oversee performance management process, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and development plans
  • Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with company policies and government regulations
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to promote a positive and inclusive work environment
  • Conduct investigations into employee complaints and recommend appropriate actions
  • Partner with management to identify staffing needs and participate in recruitment and selection process
  • Provide guidance and support to managers on employee development and coaching
  • Stay updated on HR trends and best practices to ensure compliance and drive continuous improvement

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on employee relations, performance management, and HR policy development
  • Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to build relationships and influence at all levels of the organization
  • Proven ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
