Srenior HR Generalist Job Description
As a Senior HR Generalist, you will play a key role in supporting the HR needs of our organization. You will serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, providing guidance and assistance on HR-related matters. This position requires a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Responsibilities
- Manage employee relations by addressing employee inquiries and resolving employee conflicts
- Oversee performance management process, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and development plans
- Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with company policies and government regulations
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to promote a positive and inclusive work environment
- Conduct investigations into employee complaints and recommend appropriate actions
- Partner with management to identify staffing needs and participate in recruitment and selection process
- Provide guidance and support to managers on employee development and coaching
- Stay updated on HR trends and best practices to ensure compliance and drive continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- 5+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on employee relations, performance management, and HR policy development
- Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to build relationships and influence at all levels of the organization
- Proven ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
