Sous Chef Job Description
As a Sous Chef, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the kitchen. You will be in charge of managing the kitchen staff, ensuring food quality and presentation, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Additionally, you will collaborate with the Head Chef in menu planning, budgeting, and purchasing food supplies.
