ServiceNow Developer Job Description
As a ServiceNow Developer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy ServiceNow solutions. You will be responsible for customization, configuration, and implementation of ServiceNow applications, modules, and integrations. Additionally, you will participate in requirements gathering, technical design sessions, and provide recommendations for process improvements.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop ServiceNow applications, modules, and integrations
- Customize and configure ServiceNow according to business requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements
- Participate in technical design sessions to identify solutions and provide recommendations
- Develop and implement enhancements and fixes to existing ServiceNow applications
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow functionality
- Create and maintain technical documentation for ServiceNow solutions
- Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow developments and contribute to the knowledge sharing within the team
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer or similar role
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow scripting languages (JavaScript, Glide)
- Experience in implementing and customizing ServiceNow applications, modules, and integrations
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
