Senior Technical Recruiter Job Description
In this role, you will collaborate with hiring managers and HR partners to understand the technical requirements of each role and develop effective recruiting strategies. You will use your expertise in technical recruiting to identify and engage qualified candidates through various channels, including online platforms, social media, and professional networks. Additionally, you will manage the full recruitment process, from screening and interviewing to negotiating offers and onboarding new hires.
Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers and HR partners to develop recruitment strategies and understand technical requirements
- Source, screen, and interview candidates to assess their technical skills, culture fit, and interest in the role
- Build and maintain a network of qualified technical candidates through proactive sourcing techniques
- Manage the full recruitment process and ensure a smooth candidate experience
- Collaborate with hiring managers to extend offers and negotiate terms of employment
- Stay updated on industry trends and developments in technical recruiting
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and job information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and strategies
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter, preferably in a senior role
- Solid understanding of technical roles and requirements in the IT industry
- Experience with sourcing and engaging passive candidates
- Strong knowledge of various recruitment tools and platforms
- Ability to effectively assess technical skills and evaluate candidates
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field (preferred)
