As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a critical role in the growth and success of our organization. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and attracting candidates to onboarding new hires. Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment plans
- Source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks
- Conduct comprehensive interviews to assess candidate's qualifications and fit for the role
- Manage the entire recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screenings, interview coordination, and offer negotiation
- Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on best practices for interviewing and candidate evaluation
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for future job opportunities
- Stay up-to-date on current market trends and best practices in talent acquisition
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely communication and feedback throughout the recruitment process

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
- Proven track record of successfully filling positions with high-quality candidates
- Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and candidates
- Experience using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools
