Senior Sales Associates Job Description

The Senior Sales Associate will play a key role in our sales team. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, identifying opportunities for new business, and providing excellent customer service. You will also be responsible for mentoring and training junior sales associates.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to generate new leads.
  • Mentor and train junior sales associates to improve their sales skills.
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a sales role, preferably as a Senior Sales Associate.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented.
  • Ability to mentor and train junior sales associates.
  • Knowledge of CRM software and sales tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
