Senior Sales Associates Job Description
The Senior Sales Associate will play a key role in our sales team. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, identifying opportunities for new business, and providing excellent customer service. You will also be responsible for mentoring and training junior sales associates.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns.
- Attend industry events and conferences to generate new leads.
- Mentor and train junior sales associates to improve their sales skills.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a sales role, preferably as a Senior Sales Associate.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented.
- Ability to mentor and train junior sales associates.
- Knowledge of CRM software and sales tools.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
