Senior Power System Engineer Job Description
As a Senior Power System Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and reliable operation of power systems. You will work closely with a team of engineers and stakeholders to analyze system requirements, develop technical solutions, and implement testing and validation procedures. Additionally, you will provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize power system performance.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience as a Power System Engineer, with minimum 5 years in a senior role.
- Strong knowledge of power system analysis, design, and simulation.
- Proficiency in using power system analysis software, such as PSS/E or ETAP.
- Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations, such as IEEE and NERC.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
