As a Senior IT Recruiter, you will lead the IT recruitment process, collaborate with hiring managers to understand IT staffing needs, and build a strong pipeline of IT candidates. You will also be involved in designing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract top IT talent.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, IT, or related field
- Proven work experience as an IT Recruiter or similar role
- Solid understanding of IT roles and technologies
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
