Responsibilities
- Lead the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
- Manage employee relations and act as a point of contact for HR-related inquiries
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Conduct training sessions for employees on various HR topics
- Oversee performance management processes and provide guidance to managers and employees
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Proven experience in HR roles, with a focus on recruitment and employee relations
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
