Senior Executive Human Resources Job Description
As a Senior Executive Human Resources, you will play a crucial role in attracting, developing, and retaining top talent. You will be responsible for implementing HR strategies and initiatives in alignment with the organization's goals and values. Your main focus areas will include recruitment and selection, employee onboarding and offboarding, performance management, training and development, employee engagement, and HR policy compliance.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
- Develop and implement effective onboarding and offboarding programs
- Manage employee performance review process and provide guidance to managers
- Design and deliver training programs to enhance employees' skills and knowledge
- Handle employee relations issues and resolve conflicts
- Ensure compliance with relevant HR laws and regulations
- Maintain and update HR policies and procedures
- Analyze HR data to identify trends and recommend improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organizational goals
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field
- Proven work experience as an HR Executive or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures
- Experience with HRIS and ATS systems
- Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong organizational and time management skills
