Senior BDA Job Description
As a Senior BDA, you will play a key role in our data-driven decision making. You will collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements, develop data analysis methodologies, and deliver actionable insights. You will also mentor and guide junior analysts, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our data analytics capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights
- Develop and implement data analysis methodologies and models
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and requirements
- Translate complex analysis findings into actionable recommendations
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior data analysts
- Stay updated with the latest data analysis techniques and tools
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our data analytics capabilities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or Data Science
- Proven experience as a Big Data Analyst, preferably in a senior role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Deep knowledge of data analysis techniques and tools, such as SQL, Python, R, and Tableau
- Experience with big data technologies, such as Hadoop, Spark, and NoSQL databases
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
