Sales Business Development Executive Job Description

The Sales Business Development Executive plays a crucial role in the success of our sales team by identifying and reaching out to potential clients to expand our customer base. You will be responsible for understanding client needs, presenting solutions, negotiating contracts, and managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities through market research and networking
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients through cold calling and email outreach
  • Present and demonstrate our products/services to potential clients, articulating value propositions
  • Negotiate and close contracts with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients
  • Provide ongoing account management to existing clients, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to identify market opportunities
