Sales Assistant Job Description

As a Sales Assistant, you will work closely with the sales team to ensure the smooth running of daily sales activities. You will assist in maintaining customer relationships, handling customer inquiries and complaints, and providing accurate and timely information to customers regarding product availability, pricing, and delivery. Additionally, you will help prepare sales reports, monitor inventory levels, and contribute to the achievement of sales targets.
