Reservations Ticketing Agent Job Description
The Reservations Ticketing Agent is responsible for handling customer inquiries and concerns related to reservations and ticketing. Responsibilities
- Assist customers in making reservations for flights, hotels, car rentals, and other travel services

- Issue tickets, process refunds, and make changes to existing reservations
- Coordinate with other departments to resolve customer issues and ensure smooth travel experiences
- Stay up-to-date with airline policies, procedures, and regulations
- Upsell additional services and travel packages to customers
