Recruitment Executive Job Description

As a Recruitment Executive, you will play a crucial role in finding and attracting top talent to help our organization achieve its goals. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs, develop effective sourcing strategies, and manage the end-to-end recruitment process. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with candidates and external recruitment agencies.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify hiring needs and develop job descriptions
  • Source potential candidates through online channels, social media, and job boards
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
  • Conduct phone, video, and in-person interviews
  • Assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit
  • Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate applicant tracking records
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and collect feedback
  • Negotiate employment offers and facilitate onboarding process
  • Build and maintain relationships with candidates and external recruitment agencies
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Executive or in a similar role
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases
  • Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques and tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple recruitment projects
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
