As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be a strategic partner to both hiring managers and candidates, helping to shape the future of our organization. Your main goal will be to identify and attract top talent while ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process. You will also be responsible for conducting interviews, evaluating candidate skills and qualifications, and providing feedback to hiring managers.
Responsibilities
- Source, attract, and evaluate candidates for open positions
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer acceptance
- Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications
- Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
- Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions
- Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations
- Track and report key recruitment metrics to monitor success
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices
- Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
- Solid organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
