Plant Head - Agrochemical Job Description
As a Plant Head - Agrochemical, you will be responsible for managing and supervising the daily operations of our agrochemical manufacturing plant. You will ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of the plant, including planning and coordinating production schedules, monitoring production processes, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize production efficiency and reduce costs
- Plan and coordinate production schedules to meet customer demands
- Monitor production processes and make adjustments as needed to ensure optimal performance
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations
- Manage plant budgets, control expenses, and allocate resources effectively
- Supervise and evaluate plant staff, providing guidance and coaching as needed
- Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure product consistency and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with other departments to address production and quality issues

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering, industrial engineering, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Plant Head or in a similar role within the agrochemical industry
- Strong knowledge of agrochemical production processes and regulations
