Physiotherapist Job Description

The Physiotherapist will work closely with patients to help them recover from injuries or manage chronic conditions. You will conduct assessments to identify impairments, develop personalized treatment plans, and monitor progress. Additionally, you will educate patients and their families on exercises and techniques to improve mobility and manage pain.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments to identify physical impairments and develop treatment plans
  • Administer therapeutic exercises and techniques to improve physical function
  • Assist patients in managing pain and preventing further injury
  • Educate patients and their families on exercises and techniques for at-home care
  • Monitor and track patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
  • Document patient evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy or related field
  • Valid license to practice as a Physiotherapist
  • Proven experience in a similar role
  • Excellent knowledge of human anatomy and physiological principles
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to create and implement personalized treatment plans
  • Attention to detail and ability to accurately document patient information
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
