Physicist Job Description

In this role, you will contribute to the advancement of existing knowledge in physics and also have the opportunity to develop new theories and concepts. You will use a combination of theoretical calculations, computer simulations, and experimental methods to investigate the behavior of particles, atoms, and physical systems. Additionally, you may be involved in the design and development of scientific instruments and equipment.

Responsibilities

  • Conducting experiments and carrying out research to explore the fundamental properties of matter and energy
  • Using mathematical models to develop theories and predictions
  • Designing and performing experiments to validate theories and gather data
  • Analyzing experimental data using statistical methods and computer simulations

Qualifications
