Organizational Development Consultant Job Description
In this role, you will be responsible for conducting organizational assessments, analyzing data, developing recommendations, and designing and implementing change management initiatives. You will work closely with HR and senior leaders to align organizational development strategies with business goals and objectives. Additionally, you will facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance team performance and build a culture of continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Conduct organizational assessments to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement
- Collect and analyze data to identify trends and patterns
- Develop and implement organizational development strategies and initiatives
- Design and deliver change management programs
- Work with HR and senior leaders to align development programs with business objectives
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance team performance
- Provide coaching and support to leaders and teams
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of development programs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Proven experience as an Organizational Development Consultant or similar role
- Strong knowledge of organizational development theories and practices
- Experience in conducting organizational assessments and analysis
- Skilled in designing and delivering change management initiatives
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Certification in change management or related field (e.g., Prosci, CCMP) is a plus
