Medical Records Technician Job Description

The Medical Records Technician is responsible for organizing and managing medical records in a healthcare setting. They ensure that medical records are accurate, complete, and up-to-date. They also handle requests for medical records from patients, healthcare providers, insurance companies, and other authorized parties.

Responsibilities

  • Organize and maintain patients' medical records in accordance with regulatory requirements

Qualifications
