Life Cycle Assessments & Carbon Analyst Job Description
In this role, you will work closely with our sustainability team to collect and analyze data related to carbon emissions and resource consumption throughout the entire life cycle of our products. You will use specialized software and tools to conduct assessments and identify opportunities for improvement. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sustainability initiatives and provide recommendations to senior management.
Responsibilities
- Conduct life cycle assessments and carbon footprint analyses for our products and operations
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to carbon emissions and resource consumption
- Identify opportunities to reduce environmental impact and develop strategies for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement sustainability initiatives
- Provide recommendations to senior management on sustainable practices and policies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in environmental science, sustainability, or related field
- Experience in conducting life cycle assessments and carbon footprint analyses
- Proficient in using specialized software and tools for data analysis
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
