As a Learning Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the growth and development of employees within the organization. You will collaborate with various departments to identify training needs, design effective learning programs, and deliver engaging training sessions. Responsibilities
- Collaborate with departments to identify training needs and develop learning objectives
- Design and develop training materials, including presentations, e-learning modules, and job aids
- Deliver engaging training sessions using a variety of delivery methods, such as classroom training, e-learning, and webinars
- Facilitate workshops and group discussions to promote interactive learning
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as necessary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Training and Development, or a related field
- Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs
