Learning And Development Specialist Job Description
As a Learning and Development Specialist, you will play a key role in the development of our employees by designing and delivering training programs that align with our organization's goals. You will collaborate with subject matter experts to identify learning needs, develop engaging content, and facilitate training sessions. Additionally, you will evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
Responsibilities
- Identify training needs and develop learning objectives based on organizational goals
- Design and develop training materials, including facilitator guides, participant workbooks, and multimedia resources
- Deliver training sessions using a variety of methods, such as classroom instruction, virtual training, and e-learning platforms
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate and up to date
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback
- Make recommendations for enhancements or improvements to training programs based on evaluation results
- Manage the learning management system and ensure training records are accurately maintained
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in learning and development
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or related field
- Proven experience in developing and delivering training programs
