Lead Generator Job Description
In this role, you will be responsible for researching and identifying potential leads, contacting prospects through various channels, and qualifying them based on their needs and interests. You will be expected to maintain a high level of productivity and meet monthly lead generation targets. Additionally, you will collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless handoff of qualified leads for further sales processes.
Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential leads through various channels, such as company databases, online searches, and social media platforms
- Contact prospects via phone, email, and other communication tools to introduce our company's products/services and establish interest
- Qualify leads based on specific criteria, such as budget, timeline, and need for our product/services
- Maintain accurate records of all lead generation activities and update the CRM system regularly
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure qualified leads are smoothly transitioned for further sales processes
- Consistently meet monthly lead generation targets and report on progress to the sales manager
Qualifications
- Previous experience in lead generation, sales, or a related role
- Strong understanding of sales techniques and the ability to communicate effectively with potential customers
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
