IT Recruiter Job Description

The IT Recruiter plays a critical role in ensuring the success of our organization by identifying and securing top IT talent. You will work closely with hiring managers to strategize and execute recruitment plans, source potential candidates through various channels, assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit, and manage the end-to-end recruitment process.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand IT job requirements
  • Source potential candidates through networking, online platforms, and other channels
  • Screen and assess candidate qualifications through resume screening, phone and video interviews, and technical assessments
  • Conduct in-depth behavioral interviews to evaluate cultural fit and potential
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
  • Manage offers and negotiations with selected candidates
  • Maintain candidate database and track recruitment metrics
  • Stay updated on IT industry trends and best practices in recruitment

Qualifications

  • Proven work experience as an IT Recruiter or similar role
  • Familiarity with IT roles, technologies, and terminologies
  • Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques and tools (e.g., LinkedIn, Boolean search)
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to evaluate technical skills through interviews and assessments
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
