In this role, you will handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers and provide assistance with their product or service-related queries. You will be responsible for resolving customer issues, offering solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution.
