Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for international customers, addressing their questions, concerns, and inquiries via phone, email, or chat
• Provide exceptional customer service by understanding and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner
• Assist customers in troubleshooting technical problems, providing step-by-step guidance and solutions
• Process customer orders, returns, and refunds accurately and efficiently
• Build rapport with customers, actively listening to their needs and offering suitable products or services
• Maintain detailed and accurate customer records in the CRM system
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure consistent service delivery
• Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements for enhanced customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in an international BPO setting
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to empathize with customers and provide solutions based on their needs
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools
• Flexibility to work in rotating shifts
• Ability to multitask and handle high volume of customer inquiries
