Inside Sales Manager Job Description

As an Inside Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the inside sales team, including monitoring sales activities, providing coaching and training, and developing sales strategies. You will also collaborate with other departments such as marketing and customer service to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and motivate a team of inside sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales targets
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to drive revenue growth
  • Monitor sales activities and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
