Human Resources Manager Job Description
As a Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for creating and implementing HR strategies and initiatives to support the overall business objectives. You will collaborate with various departments to develop and implement HR policies and procedures, and provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR matters. Additionally, you will oversee the recruitment and selection process, manage performance appraisal programs, and implement training and development initiatives.
Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Proven work experience as an HR Manager or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures

- Strong leadership and management abilities
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships at all levels of the organization
