Human Resources Intern Job Description

As a Human Resources Intern, you will have the opportunity to work closely with the HR team and contribute to various HR initiatives. You will assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews. You will also be involved in employee onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires. Additionally, you will help in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, and assist in employee relations activities.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong interest in HR and willingness to learn
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
